Spakct Return & Exchange Policy
We engineer our high-performance cycling apparel to exacting standards. If your gear doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer a structured return process. Please review our comprehensive policy below before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility & The 30-Day Window
You have exactly 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, all items must meet the following strict conditions:

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and completely unaltered.

Packaging: All original tags must still be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.

Hygiene Standards: Cycling apparel is intimate performance gear. For hygiene reasons, bib shorts, cycling pants, and base layers must only be tried on over your own underwear. Items showing signs of wear, sweat, or washing will be rejected and sent back at your expense.
Return Shipping & Responsibilities
All approved returns are processed through our central fulfillment facilities.

Sizing or Preference Returns: If you are returning an item from our MEN or WOMEN collections due to sizing issues or a change of mind, the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend checking our sizing guide prior to ordering to ensure the perfect aerodynamic fit.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, Spakct will take full responsibility and cover the return shipping expenses or offer a reasonable alternative resolution.
Step-by-Step Return Process
To ensure your return is processed efficiently, please follow these exact steps:

Request: Email our support team at info@spakct.cc with your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. (If claiming a defect, you must attach clear photos).

Approval: Do not ship items back without authorization or to the original sender's address on the package. Our team will review your request and provide the correct warehouse return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Shipping: Pack the item securely. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Spakct is not liable for return packages lost in transit.

Tracking: Reply to our email with your return tracking number so we can monitor the shipment.
Exchanges
Due to standard warehouse processing and transit times, we do not process direct exchanges. The fastest and most efficient way to secure the correct size or color is to return your original item for a refund and immediately place a new order on our website.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Items purchased during a Flash Sale event.

Products bought as part of discounted Bundles (unless the entire bundle is returned in its original condition).

Gift cards and customized team apparel.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received at our facility and inspected to ensure it meets our conditions, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
