Shipping Rates & Options
We offer straightforward, flat-rate shipping globally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order subtotal (after any discounts are applied).

Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $70 USD (or local currency equivalent).

Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $7.99 USD applies to all orders under $70 USD.
Whether you are gearing up from our MEN or WOMEN collections, or grabbing one of our comprehensive gear Bundles, the same transparent shipping rates apply.
Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of order placement.

Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods, such as a new product launch or a Flash Sale event, please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing.

Note: Processing time is separate from transit time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package leaves our facility.
Estimated Delivery Times
Since we ship to riders worldwide, transit times vary depending on your destination country and local customs processing.

Standard international delivery generally takes between 7 to 15 business days after the order has been dispatched.

While we strive to meet these estimates, unforeseen delays caused by local postal services, extreme weather, or customs clearance are outside of our control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Spakct ships all international orders on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

This means product prices displayed on our website are exclusive of all international duties and taxes.

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival. The customer is entirely responsible for paying these additional charges.

If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay local customs duties, the original shipping cost and any return fees will be deducted from the final refund.
Order Tracking & Lost Packages
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email containing your tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update in the system.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered perfectly at checkout. Spakct is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, nor are we liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
