Please evaluate your new Spakct cycling apparel within 24 hours of delivery and notify us of any issues within this timeframe. This includes incorrect or missing items. We cannot process requests reported outside of this timeframe.

We are confident in our product quality. However, occasional defects may occur. If your product is defective, we will provide remedies in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, such as a replacement or refund. For warranty claims, please email us at info@spakct.cc.

If your product is unused and in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.

Yes! If you need to make changes, notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll manually update it.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll notify you and issue a store credit minus shipping fees. To reship, we’ll send you an updated invoice to cover the new shipping cost.

Contact our support team, and we’ll assist you. If possible, we’ll cancel your order so you can place a new one with the discount code, or you can use it for a future order if it’s still valid.

If the shipping address error is due to Spakct, we will take full responsibility for re-delivery, replacement, or a refund of the item(s). However, if the error is due to the customer providing an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot refund or resend the product. In such cases, the customer will bear full responsibility for correcting and covering the delivery costs.

We offer standard shipping services. For expedited shipping via UPS, DHL, or FedEx, please contact us before placing your order or within 24 hours after placing it. Additional charges may apply depending on the service, destination, and any special requests for urgent delivery.

We regularly restock popular items but may not restock clearance or limited-edition products.
